He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Faye Johnson; his son Shannon Johnson; his parents, Barney Johnson and Johnie Johnson; and his sister Janis Boggs.
He is survived by: his children, Janie Ashworth (Ricky) of Starks and Anthony Johnson (Cheryl) of Starks; his grandchildren, Cody Ashworth (Sarah), Kyle Ashworth (Rebekah), David Johnson, Laci Johnson, Joel Johnson, Brittney Johnson and Landy Johnson (Monica); and his siblings, Caroll Johnson (Helen), Loyd Johnson, Hilda Smith and JoAllen Granger (Jim). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
