He was predeceased by: his son David Allen Phillips; his parents, George Phillips, Sr. of Washington and Ethel Edna Gibson Phillips; and his brother Terry Lynn Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bloodworth Phillips; his children, Lana Phillips, Tracy LeBlanc (Lynn), Valerie Phillips (David Waller), Amy Phillips and Timothy Phillips; his stepson Paul Douglas Young (Susan); and his siblings, Donald Phillips (Evelyn) and Bonnie Marcantel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
