We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2024, at the age of 76, Frances Ann Clark (Starks, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. P. Clark, Jr. and Caggie Honeycutt Clark; and her siblings, Ronnie Clark, Lois Willett and David Clark.

She is survived by: her son Stephen Clark; her grandchildren, Stephanie Bingham, Sarah Clark, Alex Clark, William Clark, Mackenzie Clark and Chessa Wyatt; her great grandchild Oliver Allen; and her brother Bud Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
