She was predeceased by: her husband Kermit Wood; her grandson Christopher Shea Walker; and her siblings, William Garry Hardy, John Burgess "Bo" Hardy and Wilma Jean Hardy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Wood Gillespie of Shreveport, LA, Cindy Wood Lindsey (Jim) of Shreveport, LA and Jennifer Wood Gilmer (John M. Gilmer) of Shreveport, LA; and her grandchildren, Clifton Wood Gillespie, Davis Wood Gilmer, John Morris "Jack" Gilmer and Elizabeth LaFleur Gilmer. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
