He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Lou Adcock; and his nephew Kyle Modisette. He is survived by: his father Butch Modisette; his stepmother Sandra Modisette of Shongaloo, LA; his brother Jerry Modisette (Kristi) of Shongaloo, LA; his nephew Dylan Modisette of Springhill, LA; his nieces, Sarah Boyce (Nick) of El Paso, TX and Jenny Cooper of Sarepta, LA; his close friend Alicia Butler; and his daughter Nicole Mason.
