He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Monnie Bea Sidney; his wife Earnestine Wilson; and his sisters, Virgie Mae Webb and Ora Lee Tucker.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Virginia Lee Webb, Geraldine Alexander (Charles), Vivian Estell, Bennis Thomas, Edmond Thomas, Fredrick Taylor, Jimmy Taylor and Joseph Wilson; and his adoptive daughter Michelle Sanders. He is also survived by cousins, loved ones and friends.
