We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 82, Shirlie Marie Baxter of Springhill, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Walsh and Faye Pinckard Walsh; and her siblings, Regina Sims, Norma Johnson and Charles Walsh.

She is survived by: her children, Cherry Lloyd (Chet) of San Antonio, TX, Donald Baxter (Rebecca) of Sarepta, LA, Richard Baxter (Amanda) of Springhill, LA and Greg Baxter (Sherry) of Sarepta, LA; and her grandchildren, Mark Lloyd (Jennifer) of League City, TX, Brad Lloyd of San Antonio, TX, Shelby Morgan (Heather) of Sarepta, LA, Sarah Smith of Ruston, LA, Jami Baxter of Jackson, MI and Hallie Watson of Springhill, LA. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
