It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Griffin (Springhill, Louisiana), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugene H. and Jessie Boucher Griffin; his wife Vasser Singletary; and his children, Vasser Catherine and John Richard Jr..
He is survived by: his uncle Will Griffin. He is also survived by son-in-law, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.
