He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ray and Mary Lee McDougal Ray. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Ray of Springhill, LA; his sister Maudine Cole (Leon) of Downsville, LA; his children, Troy Ray of Shreveport, LA, Clint Ray (Kim) of Lufkin, TX and Charlotte Ray of Springhill, LA; his grandchildren, Derek Keith (Hannah) of Willis, TX, Victoria Caldwell (Scott) of Karnack, TX, Chelsie Haynes (Andrew) of Emerson, AR, Makenzie Ray of Lufkin, TX and Melanie Ray of Lufkin, TX; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Albritton (Loye) of Farmerville, LA and Pat Vick (late Richard) of Roseburg, OR. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
