She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Florene Smith, Charles Ray, Norvell Cheatham, Shirley and Smiley Nehls; her aunts, Debbie Smith, Neecee McEachern and Mary Margaret Cheatham; and her close friend Casey Cox.

She is survived by: her parents, Kamie Derinda Cheatham (Barry Nehls) and Travis Smith; her children, Kolby Derek Cooper, Ely Allen and Zoey Raye Hodges; her brothers, Travis Smith II (Jessica) and Jeremy Nehls (Alexis); her aunts, Minnette Williamson and Beverly LeCompte; her uncle Charles Ray Cheatham Jr. (Gene Nehls); her nephews, Aiden Nehls, Ryder, Evan and Landon Smith; and her niece Ryleigh Nehls (Casey Fountain).
