He is survived by: his parents, Melton Cruthirds and Willa Cruthirds; his child Cindy Corinne Allen; his wife Dollie; his son Douglas (Cindy) of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Doug (Katy) of Pocatello and Callie of Redding, Calif.; his great grandchildren, Carter Ann and Quinn Marie of Pocatello; and his sister Evelyn Cruthirds Pearson of Bossier City. He is also survived by two nephews; and two nieces.
