He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Whiseant and Alice Moye Whiseant of Texarkana, TX; his son Glenn Frank Whiseant; and his brothers, Robert Whiseant of Taylor, Paul Whiseant (Glenda) of Taylor, AR and Steve Whiseant (Tonga) of Marysville, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
