She is survived by: her sons, Sam Phillips (Chris) of Taylor, AR and Bo Phillips (Juli) of Fayetteville, AR; her brother Marvin Cook (Norma) of Baytown, TX; her grandchildren, Patrick Phillips (Tayler), Bodie Phillips (Whitney), Christopher Phillips (Megan), Jonathan Phillips, Noah Phillips and Emily Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Huck Phillips, Jake Phillips and Emmi Phillips.
