She is survived by: her husband Dr. Sam Holladay, Jr. of Springhill; her children, Jo E. Dufour (Paulo) of Covington, LA, Dr. Lynne F. Holladay of Shreveport, LA, Gwynn M. Holladay of Bossier City, LA, Dr. Robert C. Holladay (Jo) of Shreveport, LA and Dr. Jeffery G. Holladay of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Marc Dufour, Elyse Collins (Ryan), Camille Dufour, Madison Holladay and Jack Holladay; her great grandchild Lily Collins; her nieces, Donna Schultz and Susan Gartman; and her nephew David Gartman.
