She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Esther and Ola Mae Hart Smith; her husband Persel E. "Cutter" Hill; her sisters, Clydeen Binion, Billie Simmons and Rose Reynolds; and her nephews, George Reynolds and Randall Simmons.
She is survived by: her family Spence Allen; her nieces, Cindy Reynolds of Springhill, LA and Kathleen Reynolds Price of Springhill, LA; her great-nieces, Charmon Simmons Cockrell and Madison Reynolds Perry; her great-nephew Gregory Reynolds; and also, Camille, Mike Allen, Pat and Mark Allen. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
