He is survived by: his wife Jolene Miles Hicks of Sarepta; his children, Angela Campos (Jose) of The Woodlands, TX, Tammy Cook of Sarepta, LA and Kevin Hicks (Kay) of Sarepta; his grandchildren, Tasha Kleinhans (Brady), Rusty Hicks (JoAnna), Dalton Cook, Sam Cook, Delayna Hicks and Shelby Hicks; his great grandchild Violet Kleinhans; and his sisters, Paulette Lee (Don) of Bossier City, LA and Judy Hicks Maxwell of Cotton Valley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
