She was predeceased by: her son James Baker; her sister Marlene Pedro; and her granddaughter Cheyenne Beth Baker. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth "Kenny" Baker of Springhill, LA, Cecil Baker (Michelle) of Oahu, HI and Keith Baker; and her siblings, Wanda Gorgiania (Tony), Kathy Moore (Ron), Jim Riggs (Janet), Gary Riggs (Judy), Paul Riggs, Mike Riggs, George Riggs and Harvey Riggs. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
