He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bobby Lynn Otwell and Deretha Miller. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kykendall Otwell of Sarepta, LA; his son Christopher Cohen Otwell (Amy) of Sarepta, LA; his grandchildren, Abigail Christine Otwell and Abram Cohen Otwell; his nephew Mark Kykendall (Lori) of Sarepta, LA; and his brother-in-law Perry Kykendall of Dierks, AR.. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
