He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Hale, Jr. and Maebelle Pritchett Hale (Gwendolyn); and his son Donald. He is survived by: his daughter Gwenetta Hogg (Tony Hogg); his grandchildren, Natalie Coe and Eric Hogg (Michelle); and his great grandchild Phineas James Hogg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In memory of Clyde's life, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA) to raise awareness and further research in support of other families suffering from the effects of this disease.
