It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil F. Dumas of Springhill, Louisiana, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Onnie Dumas and Gertrude Souter Dumas; his former wife Geraldine "Gerry" Elizabeth Dumas; his daughter Kathy D. Swain; and his siblings, Lamah, Aubrey Gene, Dewey Dumas and Francille Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Dumas of Springhill, LA; his sons, Mike Dumas (Belinda) of Springhill, LA and Neil Dumas (Dianna) of Jacksonville, TX; his grandchildren, Melanie Neill (Jeremy) of Waldo, AR, Seth Dumas of Little Rock, AR, Ashley Jones (John) of Cotton Valley, LA, Kylee Dumas of St. Louis, MO, Chelsea Dumas of Houston, TX, Nathan Dumas of Tyler, TX and Heath Bolton of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Cammie, Kalee and John Ryan; his great great grandchild Madyson; and his sister Dorothy Campbell of Magnolia, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
