It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Russell (Springhill, Louisiana), who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Harley and Katherine Harley; and her husbands, J. W. Lowrey and B. J. Russell. She is survived by: her brother Herman Harley (Kay); her stepchildren, Jimi Lowrey (Connie), Karen McNeil, Becky Lowrey (Terri Mattson), Granger Russell and Rolfe Russell (Cathy); her nieces and nephews, Mary Herbert (Don), Janis Harley, Lisa Morrison (Brad), John Cox (Carolyn), Phil Cox (Trudi), Jim Cox and Stan Harley (Gigi Toft); and her caregiver Kelly Hodges. She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the First United Methodist Church of Panama City Food Pantry in her honor.
