He is survived by: his wife Geneva "Ginny" Coates Rhyne; his daughters, Debbie Murphree (David) of Dickinson, TX, Vickie Cummings of Texarkana, TX and Karen Whaley (Wayne) of Springhill, LA; his grandchildren, John Richard Rhyne, Jr., Allen Turner, Aaron Murphree, Corey Whaley, Brian Whaley, Lucas Cummings, Deena Doran, Amanda Alwine and Kara Osuna; his great grandchildren, Madison Turner, Cailyn Turner, Emma Turner, Madelyn Whaley, Dayton Whiseant, Bella Cummings, Levi Cummings, Preston Whiseant, Aubrey Alwine and Lincoln Cummings; and his sister Carol Mitchell of Pheonix, AZ..
