With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alma Gail Gibbs of Springhill, Louisiana, born in Leesville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Elmo and Claudia Maria Bryant; and her husband Robert Glenn Gibbs. She is survived by: her children, Claudia Courtright (Chris), Bobbie Zimkowski (David), Cassandra Ternay (John) and Col. Christopher Gibbs (Kate); her grandchildren, Kimberly Courtright, Phillip Courtright, Stephanie Burns (Ryan), Parker Zimkowski, Presley Zimkowski, Zachary Ternay, Julian Gibbs, Adelaide Gibbs, Gabriel Gibbs and Cordelia Gibbs; and her siblings, Beverly White (David), Rhonda Parks (Clarence) and Ward Elmo Bryant Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
