He is survived by: his wife Mary Lindsey; his children, Ashley Amanda Constanzi (Nikki), Olivia Marie Conztanzi (Troy) and Sam Alexander Billy Constanzi (Chelsey); his siblings, Audra Maxwell, Michelle Parker, Cecil Constanzi, Darrin Constanzi and Robert Constanzi; his parents, Sam Alexander Constanzi Sr. and Amanda Jane Whitney Constanzi; the mother of his children Elizabeth Constanzi; his grandchildren, Caleb Serignet, Aria Smith, Alexa Constanzi, Jace Lindsey and Jimmy Lindsey; and his uncle David Charles Whitney.
