He is survived by: his wife Joyce Patsy Timberlake Rushing; and his children, Robert Andrew Rushing (Tammy Lynn Rushing) of Tomah, Tammy Lynne Rushing, Darlene Joy Rushing Hardy (Michael Howard Hardy) of Independence and John Scott Rushing (Brigette Edwards Rushing) of Springfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
