He is survived by: his children, Donna Hayden (John), Carman Lavigne, Tanis Warden (Steve), Michael Smiley (Joy) and Thomas Smiley (Beverly); his sister Eva Smiley Wall; and his grandchildren, Dr. Heloise Hayden, John Wesley Hayden, Kenneth Barr, James Barr, Moira Smoak, Heather Walker, Joseph Smiley, John Edward Smiley, Shelbie Tozer, Chance Smiley, Ashley Smiley and Daniel Smiley. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
