She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton James Threeton, Sr. and Lillie Mae McCrory Threeton; her husband Larry Ray Cook, Sr.; her siblings, Bernice, Milton "Bo", Earl, Murray, Gene, Helen, Dan and Evelyn; and her mother-in-law Leona Cook.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl McCarlie (George), Karen Pirman (David), Carol Pigott (Brian), Celeste Bourgeois (Sam) and Larry Cook, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kimberly McCullen, Jeremy McCullen (Erica), Justin McCullen (Marissa), Ryan Pirman (Beth), David Pirman (Natasha), Christopher Pirman (Jenna), Brandon Giambalvo, Jennifer Denton (Chris), Devin Cook (Kim), Tyler Pigott, Taylor Pigott, Seth Bourgeois (Kristyn), Kirsten Bourgeois and Raegan Bourgeois; her great grandchildren, Bailee, Kaden, Corbin, Addy, Chloe, Emily, Drake, Allie, Drew, Cameron, Addison, Otis, Jocelyn, Brantley, Maddux, Bennett and Jasper; her sisters, Cat Milton (Gerald) and Mattie Pier (Larry); and her brother-in-law Lee Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
