He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Octave Fernandez and Florence Plaisance Fernandez; and his sister Doloras Kairdoff. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lucille Fernandez; his children, Mickey Fernandez, Herbert Fernandez III and Kristy Fernandez Juhasz; his son-in-law Joey Juhasz; his grandchildren, Erica Fernandez, Bret, Branden, Jacquelyn Fernandez, Alexis, Joseph and Summer Juhasz; and his siblings, Michael, Randy, Gerald Fernandez and Glenda Denn. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
