It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Fontenot Sziber of Springfield, Louisiana, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Frank Sziber; her son Mathew Patrick Sziber; and her parents, Lovance Fontenot and Ophelia Fontenot. She is survived by: her children, John Sziber Jr., Michael Sziber, Tomothy Sziber, Anne Sziber Bergeron (Anthony) and Kathleen Sziber. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to covid restrictions, the church ask that only 90 people to be in the sanctuary and to practice social distancing and to wear a mask.
