It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie McKinney Parsons (Springfield, Louisiana), born in Livingston, Louisiana, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew and Annie Ione Hutchinson McKinney; her husband Jack Lewis Parsons; her daughter Brenda Fay Parsons; and her sisters, Cindy Edwards, Mary Jane Edwards, Myrtle McKinney and Joyce Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Parsons Lindsey (Donald) and Steve Parsons (Betty); her grandchildren, Leighton Lindsey, Rusty Lindsey (Alicia), David Lindsey, Celeste Prosperie (Chris), Troy Parsons (Ravien), Paula Kreutzer (Pee Wee), Matthew St. Cyr (Jessica) and Hunter St. Cyr (Ashley); and her siblings, Faye Patterson (Bradley), Mildred Salassi, Lois Naretta and Bryant "Lokie" McKinney. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
