We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, at the age of 79, Sarah Frances Smith of Spearsville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Patterson and Clois Patterson; and her grandparents, Clellan, Minny Bryan, Tom and Alice Patterson.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney D. Smith; her sons, Gregory D. Smith (Susan), Andrew W. Smith (Teresa), Matthew B. Smith (Carol) and Jheramy P. Smith (Misty); her grandchildren, Bryan Smith (Brooks), Tim Smith (Amber), Ryan Smith (Lacey), Samuel Smith, Elizabeth Adams and Allison Smith; her great grandchildren, Parker Smith, Holloway Smith and Patterson Smith; and her sibling Lynn Johnson (Jimmy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
