He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Foster and Rosa Lee Foster; his wife Beverly Foster; his children, Debbie Langley and Alan Johnson; and his brother Donald Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Barnes (Bill), Sandy Silmon (Mark) and Jeff Johnson (Karen); and his brothers, Barney Foster (Vaneta) and Harry Foster (Dorothy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
