He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford Mitcham and Christine Merrit Mitcham; and his brother Jimmy Mitcham. He is survived by: his sons, Ray Mitcham, Jr. and Adam Mitcham; and his siblings, Terry Mitcham (Linda), Danny Mitcham (Kelly), Betty Mitchell (Mike) and Mary Hansche (John). He is also survived by two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
