It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Pennington of Spearsville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Veola Dison, Doyle, John, Jerry, Joe and Oscar Pennington.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stringer Pennington; his children, Tonya Rodgers (Ricky), Angela Jackson (Brian), Scott Jones (Alicia) and Steven Pennington (Gennifer); his grandchildren, Amelia, William Rodgers, Taylor, Kolby Jones, Gracie, Corbin Pennington Christian Greer, Hannah Kemp (Darius), Hailey, Summer Jackson, Jennifer, Heather and Joey Wood; and his siblings, Mary Dison (James), Dorothy Wright, Dale Pennington and Lynn Pennington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
