He was predeceased by: his sister Jean Williams. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stringer Thurmon; his children, Earl E. "Eddie" Thurmon, Jr., Keith Wayne Thurmon (Stephanie) and Donna McLelland (Trent); his siblings, Esther Mullins (Donald) and Leon Thurmon (Violet); his grandchildren, Whitney, Morgan, Jacob, Trevor and Kenslee; and his great grandchildren, Ellyson and Arabella.
