He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Donna M. Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, David E. Thomas and Steve A. Thomas (Shonda J.); his sisters, Helen Ramsey, Juliann Harbor, Janelle Schneider and Lucille Cottrell; his grandchildren, Chris E. Thomas, Curtis A. Thomas (Melissa), James A. Thomas (Ashleigh) and Amber W. Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Thomas, Avery Thomas, Easton J. Thomas and Brooks J. Thomas.
