He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Patton and Velma Patton; and his siblings, Warner Leon Patton, Edward Patton, Eloise Cooper, Verna Lou White, Marjorie Kennedy, Eunice Odom, Virginia White and Dyann Patton.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Patton; his children, Jody Patton (Dundy), Chad Patton (Melissa), Kristi Dunn (Raymond) and Chris Patton (Arica); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Spillers (Bruce), Isabella Patton, Brook Patton, Austin Patton, Haley Patton, Collin Patton, Riley Patton, Jaxon Dunn and Jacob Dunn; and his siblings, James Guy Patton, Deloris Frantom, Shirley Berry (Ben) and Avis Ford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.
