He is survived by: his daughters, Latishia Adams (Doug), Zoddie Bumgardner (Kevin) and Mitzi Adams (Jason); his grandchildren, Justin Bumgardner (Samantha), Brett Millet (Rebecca), Tyler Adams (Lacey), Jaci Kliebert (Tyler), Bailey Adams (Paige) and Kyle Adams; his great grandchildren, Brody, Brooks, Breck Bumgardner, Piper Millet, Quinn and Payton Kliebert; his siblings, Archie Millet (Paulette), Dexter Millet (Brenda) and Jenny Brack (Donnie); and his caregivers, Chad Truxillo and Terri Washington.
