He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerle and Eddie Smith, Sr.; and his close friend Mildred LeBlanc. He is survived by: his children, Chris Haynes, Tranecia Augillard, Valarie Lewis (Derrick), Lisa Lee and Kim LeBlanc; his siblings, Lawrence, Jerry, Herman, Eddie, Jr., Roger Smith, Mandy Robinson, Myrtle Madison and Stella Scioneaux; and his godchild Jaquana Gaines. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
