He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Eastlack and Florence Eastlack (Seymour); his daughter Julie Ryan; and his brothers, Wayne Eastlack and Casper Farrow.
He is survived by: his wife Chris; his sons, Matt Eastlack (Adriana) of Hamlin, NY and Josh Eastlack of Slidell, LA; his grandchildren, Maddy, Colin, Adyn, Jayden and Hailey; and his son-in-law Doug Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Brookside Wesleyan Church (3469 Andover Rd, Wellsville, NY 14895).
