He is survived by: his daughters, Dana DeMond (Troy) and Susan Harvey; his grandchildren, Matt McBride, Ashley Moore (Ben), Jake Zenisek and Jennifer Harvey; his great grandchild Wyatt Moore; his brother Gary Steger; his stepgranddaughter Emily (Mike); and his great grandchild Ellie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church (360 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
