He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Avery Smith and Mary Louise Smith; his son Jeremy Smith; and his wife Linda Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Smith (Aimee) and Jason Smith; his grandchildren, Blake Taylor, Katelyn, Caleb, Avery and Rosalie Smith; and his siblings, Charles Smith (Francis) and Diana Petit.
