He is survived by: his parents, Paul Phillips and Tricia Phillips of Mandeville; and his brothers, Brian (Rebecca Phillips), Chad (Sarah Phillips) and Lee (Lorenza Phillips). He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins.
He loved animals, especially his own dog, and donated to the SPCA.
