She was predeceased by: her husband Billy P. Owen Sr.; her parents, Dave Spencer and Lottie Maude Spencer; her stepmother Frances Spencer; and her sisters, Lorene Hammock and Nelda McGaha.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hughes (Don) and David Maddox (May); her stepsister Patricia; and her stepchildren, Virginia Kensey, Billy Owen Jr., Debra Paquette and Sammy Owen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
