With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith Bourgeois Rizan of Slidell, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Bourgeois Sr. and Camilla LeJeune; her stepfather Joseph LeJeune; and her siblings, Herbert "Sonny" Bourgeois, Jr. and Joan Bourgeois Philibert.

She is survived by: her husband Milton Rizan, Jr.; her children, Troy Rizan (Michelle), Tracie Rizan and Tammy Rizan; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Tory, Brittanie, Bradley, Haley, Brandon and Lucas; her great grandchildren, Parker and Payton; and her godchildren, Amanda, Susan and Johnny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org).
