He is survived by: his spouse Jimmie Lynn Adams Capps; his daughters, Samantha Marie Capps Martin (Thomas Joseph Martin) and Alexandra Catherine Capps; his grandsons, John Thomas Martin and Jacob Ellis Martin; and his brothers, Gary Lee Capps, Michael Wayne Capps and Dr. William Larry Capps. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
