In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jimmie Joseph leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jimmie Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jimmie Rogers Sr. and Emelia "Mickey" Jeandron (Rogers); his sisters, Rhonda Rogers Allemond, Tammie Rogers Gros and Debbie Rogers; his wife Ann Rogers; and his stepchildren, Cortni and Adam. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and, godchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (3245 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA 70058). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
**In lieu of flowers**, a donation in Jimmie's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or, Children's Hospital in New Orleans would be appreciated.
