He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Susan Mischler Plauche; his parents, Foster G. Plauche and Cecelia Erline Rabalais Plauche; his siblings, Dwaine J. Plauche (Gail), Larry J. Plauche (Diana), Glenn M. Plauche, Alaine P. Chaplain (Louis) and Vickie P. Noel; his godchildren, Rebecca Plauche Bean, Lauren Reeb Piland and Benjamin L. Chaplain; his close friend Vincent R. Reeb; his children, Ann M. Assad (late MJ), Karl M. Mischler, Jr. (Marie) and Dawn M. Chauvin (Timmy); and his parents-in-law, Karl M. Mischler, Sr. and Marie Pujol Mischler. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
