She was predeceased by: her parents, James Holmes and Wandia Holmes; her brothers, Lewis Holmes and Fred Holmes; and her daughter Angelina Alfonso.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Shuff; her children, Terry L. Alfonso (Tracy) and Jennifer Chartier (Al); her siblings, Wanzie Taylor (Glen) and James Holmes (Corliss); her grandchildren, Allie Ashford (Christian), Trevar Alfonso, Caleb Alfonso, Kayla Chartier, Alvin Chartier, Sophie Chartier and Luke Chartier; and her great grandchildren, Kyler Ashford and Amara Ashford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Journey Fellowship Church (1460 Lindberg Dr, Slidell, LA 70458).
