With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ginger Duplessis Newton (Slidell, Louisiana), who passed away on December 19, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sydney Duplessis and Mable Duplessis; her husband Leonard Newton; her children, Bruce Newton (Terri), Sandra "Sandy" Davis (Hoyt) and Brian Newton (Mandy); her grandchildren, Blake (Kayla), Bella, Brennan, Brice, Zachery, Will, Abby, Amber and Logan; and her siblings, Mary Blazio, Murial Demoll, Gloria Rodriquez, Cathy Duplessis and Dolores Duplessis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bayou Baptist Church (1341 Sullivan Dr, Slidell, LA 70460). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
